Lenten Pilgrimage - Rome RT

Day 1 - March 15

Departure from the New York area for your overnight flight to Rome. Dinner and Breakfast will be served on board.

Day 2 - March 16

Your fight will arrive into Rome where you are met, assisted and board your motor coach for an orientation city tour of Rome. Sites you will see include the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Appian Way, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Afternoon arrival at your hotel for dinner and overnight (D)

Day 3 - March 17

After breakfast you will be taken to Vatican City for a Papal Audience ( if available). In the afternoon, you will visit the Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel. Dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 4 - March 18

Day of leisure in Rome. You may wish to take one of the optional tours to Assisi or Florence that will be offered or spend the day exploring Rome on your own. Dinner on your own. (B)

Day 5 - March 19

Day of leisure in Rome or take an optional tour to visit the other major Basilicas and Catacombs of Rome, shop and explore the city on your own. Farewell dinner tonight. (B, D)

Day 6 - March 20 

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight to New York arriving home the same day. (B)
