Since the presence of a spiritual advisor enhances the pilgrimage experience, we do our best to arrange for a priest to travel with our groups.

Whenever available clients enjoying our published itineraries stay in superior tourist class hotels with private bath. For custom groups, we are happy to work with you to arrange for the type of hotel best suited to your members.

We include roundtrip airfare from a specified US gateway (see the included highlights in the itinerary for details), superior tourist class hotels (as available), breakfast and generally one other meal daily. We also include sightseeing as per itinerary, airport transfers, baggage handling, hotel tips and taxes, touring by private air conditioned motorcoach and the services of a professional escort or guide.

Whenever possible, we attempt to assist single travelers with the hope of finding a roommate.

On our published itineraries, group size generally ranges between 15 and 40 people. Group size may vary particularly on custom programs.

To make your arrival day easier, we provide airport assist and transfers for all clients who book their flights with us and arrive the day the tour begins.

A deposit of $250.00 (plus recommended insurance premium) at the time of booking will hold your place.

Final payment is due 60 prior to the start of your tour.

It may be possible to deviate from the tour itinerary. Please contact us so that we can advise you, if the arrangements you are considering are appropriate for this tour. Clients are responsible for any deviation fees or additional airline costs.

Since Mass is an important part of the Pilgrimage experience, we work hard to include daily mass in our itineraries.

Candlelight processions take place from April to October

The amount of walking and type of terrain varies from itinerary to itinerary. Some programs have as much as 1-3 miles of walking each day and on others clients can relax on the bus, if a visit is too strenuous. Our travel professionals can review the tours with you to help you to select the one that is right for you.

Clients using wheelchairs may bring them on the tours. Please arrange for a companion to travel with you to push and lift the wheelchair, if you are unable to move it yourself.

Whenever possible we order restroom equipped motorcoaches. If a restroom is not available onboard, the driver will make frequent bathroom stops.

Yes. Converter kits are available at luggage and some hardware stores.

Modest dress is the norm on for religious sites. Avoid shorts and sleeveless (or upper arm baring) or midriff baring shirts. Woman should also avoid short (above the knee) skirts and may need a head covering for visits on some itineraries.

Yes. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Credit cards are accepted for deposits without signature, but we require a signed credit card authorization form for final payments. Documents cannot be released without this signed form.
